Our mission from the start is to deliver freshly roasted coffee to your door. We roast all of our coffee to order and ship anywhere in the US/Canada. We want to be your local coffee roaster, no matter where that location might be.
Why is our coffee so good? Simply stated, we buy the best of the best. We refuse to cut corners and offer a variety of blended and single origin and micro lot roasts from all over the globe. We ethically source and purchase a variety of organic, fair trade certified as well as many other various certifications and make a substantial effort to support producers, exporters and baristas in making each cup an authentic, quality experience - from Farm to Cup!
Our focus is to deliver exceptional coffee to our customers, build a diverse team of passionate and skilled staff, all the while investing in the farms and supply chain that produce the world's best coffee. So join us in our quest to discover truly great coffee.

What is Kings Coast Coffee Company? | Kings Coast Coffee Company is a premium small-batch, roast to order coffee company based on Long Island, New York. We roast ethically sourced and rare coffees from around the world and deliver it to your door. |

What Shipping Carriers do you use? | We ship all our packages through the United States Postal Service & UPS. |
Where is my package? | Our standard process of how we roast and ship to order takes about 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number as soon as it ships from out location. |
What are the shipping rates? | We ship all packages using weight based shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout and will display before you complete your order. FREE Shipping is offered to orders $99+ for shipping to the USA only. Cold Brew Coffee is excluded from FREE Shipping. |

Yes! We Use GOVX to offer first responder / military discounts. At checkout click on the GOVX link and follow their instructions to receive a custom discount code. |
How can I change my order once it's placed? | Please take the time to make sure all details of your order are correct. Once an order is placed we process it using the given information that is provided to us. If there are any mistakes please contact us as quickly as possible @ support@kingscoastcoffee.co and we will do our best to assist you and if possible make changes. |
How do I return an item? | If there is physical damage to the package during shipping or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend. Coffee at this time cannot be returned for credit or refund. |

Merchandise Return Policy: | To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and be in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging, unwashed and tags attached. Merchandise must be returned in 30 days form purchase date |

Where can I buy Kings Coast Coffee? | You can buy all our products through our web-store. We also sell a selection of our products in local Whole Foods markets, click for more information on how you can have Kings Coast Coffee stocked in your local Whole Foods Market. |
How should I store coffee to maintain freshness? | We recommend storing coffee in a dark, airtight container at room temperature. Humidity is the greatest enemy of fresh coffee. |
How long will it stay fresh? | We recommend buying coffee in whole bean and grinding fresh every time you brew. Whole bean coffee will stay fresh for around 4 weeks with proper storage. An airtight container will keep it fresher for longer. |
