Our Seasonal Selection is shifting once again, gone are the Autumn Tides and the Yule tide cheer of Christmas season. Bring on the cold, dark days of winter! We’ve found the perfect roast to keep you lighthearted through those cold bleak months of snow, slush and frost.

This roast will warm your bones, with rich dark chocolatey notes and a sugar plum sweetness. We’ve roasted this one to a nice city profile, just before we reach second crack where the caramel and sugar flavors balance nicely with the rich flavors within.
